These are a few examples of what makes us unique and quite proud of what we create and serve:
- Our soup stocks are made in-house from fresh ingredients, not reconstituted from thick bases bought from suppliers.
- We roast turkeys daily for our soups and sandwiches.
- Our breads are the only pre-made products purchased, delivered and made fresh daily, from House of Bread.
- Every salad dressing is homemade and can be purchased to take home from our deli case, along with other items.
- Our cookies are baked daily and our delicious recipe is available for purchase as raw dough, if you’d like to keep that fresh baked smell in your own kitchen.
- Our meats are brought to us from Ponderosa, right down the street.
- Many of our herbs and produce are grown locally.
