Christian Christensen is Süp’s owner and Head Chef. He brings over 12 years of and a diverse cooking background, including: The Hyatt Regency Kauai; Pneumatic Diner (a local vegetarian cafe); his own private personal chef business, Christensen’s Private Chef; and multiple other restaurants throughout Nevada, Colorado, and Hawaii.
Christian’s professional experiences provide him a well-rounded knowledge of restaurant operations. His attention to detail and creativity blends into the unique soups and specialty sauces offered at Süp.
Co-owner Kasey Christensen brings her expertise to the front of the house with over 12 years of restaurant experience. She has worked with companies such as The Ritz Carlton Bachelor Gulch, The Sheraton Kauai Resort, The Hearthstone, and locally owned La Famiglia, along with being co-owner of Christensen's Private Chef.
Kasey's restaurant and business management skills contribute to the amazing current successes of Süp.
